It Service Desk Trainer Lead

Details of the offer

- Salary is up to 45,000 gross
- Location: BGC Taguig (Hybrid, 10 days onsite per month)
- Schedule: Shifting

Qualifications:

- 2 or more years of college in Information Technology, Business, or related field, preferred
- At least 1 years of Call Center experience, required
- At least 1 years in a leadership role, preferred
- Two or more years of retail experience, preferred
- At least years experience with call monitoring systems, CISCO Finesse, Calabrio, and ServiceNow ITSM, preferred
