It Security- Identity Access Management (Iam) Administrator

Job Description:
The IT Security IAM Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company's Identity Access Management system. He/she will be supported and supervised by the The IT Vulnerability and Identity Access Management (IAM) Lead in the performance of his/her responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Administering user accounts and access privileges in our chosen identity management system,
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the right people have access to the right systems,
Directly involved in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues.
Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.
Assist to maintain documentation for the IAM program
Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks
Promote and provide training to new users on the IAM system.
Update and maintain the IAM system according to changes in the company's business needs

Qualifications and Experience:
Familiar with CyberArk, Beyond Trust or Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM) - most likely we will go with Azure PIM
With at least 3 years relevant experience
Very good English speaking skills
Experience working in multinational company is an advantage

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular shift is 9am to 6pm
Work Setup: Hybrid Setup reporting to office 4x a month which is every Tuesday and Wednesday of first and second week. Management may request for special reporting to office for department activities or if there are important visitors.

Recruitment Process: Will have 2 to 3 sets of interview, First interview is panel with our department head, HR consultant and Service Delivery manager. Once passed will be endorsed to IT Security Director. VM and IAM Lead may also request to interview the IAM admin applicant
