**The Role**

As an **IT Resource Manager, **you will manage IT human and technology (UAT Test Environment) resource allocations for projects undertaken by the Information Technology Group.
You will determine the need to add, augment and/or train human resource needs.
Also, you'll provide recommendations on how to increase/improve technology and capacity needs based on the resource requirements of each project

**How you'll contribute**
- Align and coordinate with the Project Managers, Business Partners/Business Analysts, and various IT units on the resource requirements of IT projects.
- Manage and monitor IT supply availability, IT resource demand, provide resource forecasting and resource utilization.
- Provide input on how to improve and strengthen necessary policies, procedures and standards for Resource Management to better manage supply, demand, forecasting, and utilization.
- Report to IT Management (CIO and directs) on the IT capacity and capability to support and deliver in-flight and future ITG projects.
Reporting can be via published reports or presentation during IT Management meetings.
- Maintain database or inventory of IT human resources and assets (UAT Test Environment) to ensure proper support for the ITG projects.
Immediately, this is focused on project related resources.
- Able to perform trend analysis on resource requirements for proper IT budget and resource forecasting.
- Establishe partnerships with vendors with regards to sub-contraction/staff augmentation and is the single point of contact for resource requests, skills validation, resource onboarding, release, and/or redeployment.
- Coordinate with the IT Vendor Management Team and provide inputs in the review of new vendor contracts or existing vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with IT Finance on vendor billing for project-based resources.
- Provide inputs to help resolve resource contentions while taking into account costs, resource availability and deadlines and work out the best way to deploy people to projects.
- Understand UAT Environment nuances and provide technical recommendations for optimal sharing of limited environment resources.
- Provide inputs to help resolve scheduling conflicts by providing stakeholders data driven recommendations to address their needs while eliminating, or at least minimizing, the impact of conflicts.
- Manage deployment of IT Shared Resource Pool resources.
**What we're looking for**
- Bachelors degree graduate
- At least 8 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Management, Recruitment
- Experience in resource management, workforce management, or recruitment, making process documents, working with third party vendors, reviewing contracts, and has familiarity with handling contractors.
- With experience in managing UAT Environments is ideal but not required.
- Preferably with knowledge in Philippines Labor Laws.
- High degree of organizational & analytical skills
- Flexible and capable of taking multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines; Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal communication & presentation skills.
Proficient in both oral & written communication.
- Has people management experience.
