Stealth Monitoring is looking for talented individuals like you! Be the next Project Management Officer III. This role is responsible for supporting, or leading if needed, enterprise, major, and minor Monitoring Center changes and all activities in the product life cycle including but not limited to project planning, time and resource management, change, risk, and stakeholder management. This function is also responsible for Standard Operating Procedure library upkeep and maintenance.

Annual and Performance Based Salary Increase Additional Leave Credits Duties & Responsibilities: Project Management Supports the company by handling major or lower projects that impact Key Result Areas as advised by their direct manager. Handles enterprise projects that impact global Monitoring Centers and/or North American stakeholders, including software development projects, infrastructure and redundancy, or other highly technical projects. Manages project brief, scope and delimitation, and local and international stakeholders. Monitors and evaluates the achievement of projects across the operations (Philippine-Initiated), including support groups, and delivers strategic projects either delegated by their direct manager or self-initiated. Provides timely updates on project status, roadblocks, and key metrics. Identifies and mitigates risks that may impact project resources and/or timeline. Develops strategies and controls to meet stage gates, activities, and budget. Coordinates project requirements and deliverables with different internal groups (e.g., IT, HR, Finance). People Management Able to train and provide guidance to PMO I and II as needed. Provides leadership and promotes a company culture that encourages high performance and high morale, built on empathy and relationships. Supports a team that embraces innovation and learning. Documentation Management Owns the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of projects handled if new, or updates existing SOPs that are impacted by the rolled out project. Coordinates with co-PMOs and other cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy and revision control. Provides guidance and training to Monitoring Center with regards to Project Management as needed. Ad-Hoc Work (As Required) Performs other duties as assigned from time to time including, but not limited to, the monitoring of client sites. Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. PMP certification is nice to have, but not required. Project Management (at least with 6 full cycle implementation experience); 10 years of relevant experience. Has handled technical projects, including but not limited to software and hardware projects. Has handled Agile projects/participated in Sprint cycles. Extensive experience in working with North American stakeholders. Has worked and managed projects with software engineers or development teams. Why join Stealth Monitoring?
