Designation: Project Manager
Reporting to: Chief Technical Officer
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution:Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for gaming platform initiatives.Ensure all phases of development, testing, deployment, and operations are seamlessly executed.Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and operations staff, to ensure alignment and collaboration.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence within the team.Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed for platform integration or support.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions.Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives.Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively resolve issues to ensure project continuity and success.Compliance and Security:Ensure that gaming platforms meet industry standards, including regulatory compliance and security requirements.Collaborate with compliance teams to address jurisdictional requirements.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track project performance against key metrics and deliverables.Provide detailed reports on project status, milestones, and post-deployment performance.Post-Deployment Operations:Oversee the transition from development to operations, ensuring smooth handover and reliable platform performance.Implement support processes for incident management and ongoing maintenance.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).At least three (3) years of project management experience and gaming platform development or a similar domain.Proven track record of managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for gaming platforms, including testing, deployment, and operations.Strong understanding of gambling platform components, such as game engines, payment systems, user account management, and regulatory compliance.Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.Key Competencies: Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools for gambling platforms.Strong understanding of cybersecurity and fraud prevention in the gambling industry.Project Planning and ExecutionCross-Functional Team LeadershipRisk Assessment and MitigationStakeholder CommunicationRegulatory Compliance and Security AwarenessBudgeting and Resource ManagementProblem Solving and Decision Making
