It Project Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding requests, service delivery issues, performance, and improvements.Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure service quality and contract compliance.Create, monitor, and report on service delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Manage the incident management process to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize service disruptions.Assist in budgeting for IT services and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals and processes.Oversee wireless and LAN networks, including switches, routers, and other related equipment's service documents/databases.Execute tasks in accordance with the organization's and clients' policies, procedures, and best practices.Other roles and responsibilities in line with IT Service Delivery Management.Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service delivery or management roles.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.Relevant certifications from Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.Familiarity with IT service management tools and methodologies.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Effective organizational, management, and problem-solving skills.Capacity to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
