Functions:
Responsible for managing projects in close coordination with the Overall Project Manager to meet specific project objectives Leads the project team and is key interface to the project or program contributors.
Facilitates project meetings and prepares the minutes of the meeting.
Prepares weekly status reports
Identifies necessary tasks, determines dependencies, assesses cost, and identifies specific resources needed to complete project tasks and provides recommendations to the Overall Project Manager.
Creates/tracks/adjusts the project schedule
Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to achieve project objectives timely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Monitors progress against schedule and determine and takes remedial action as appropriate
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and functional groups, ensuring alignment of expectations and timely resolution of issues.
Plans work to ensure the completion of intermediate milestones and overall project in timely manner Provides assistance to the Overall Project Manager in the preparation and update of the following deliverables:
Project Charter
Project Management Plan
Project Schedule
Project Change Request
RAIDC Log
Minutes of the Meeting
Steering Committee Meeting Deck
Project Status Report
Go/No-Go Meeting and 30-60-90 Day Meeting
Project Closure Report
Project Acceptance Certificate
Qualifications:
Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Project Manager or related role.
Proficient in Software Development Management, End-to-End Project Management (Planning, Design, Business Management, and Implementation, Compliance Management and Post Implementation).
Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall
Must have experience in Infrastructure ERP System Development and Migration
Have knowledge in either:
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System
Customer Information System
Meter Data Management System
Good at multitasking.
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
A highly organized person.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work outputs.
