Job Description: Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects.Manage meetings and prepare any project management documentation.Provide administrative support to project team.Plan logistics on project activities.Track completion of documentation.Handle operation matters for project team.Prepare any reports/slides or spreadsheets necessary for the projectProactively detects problems that could affect the service deliveryFocal point of contact for the customer on projectsPart of Customer escalation pointMonitors service level performance and addresses customer satisfaction gaps and issues in project deliveryUnderstands requirements to ensure that client expectations are met and are within the scope of the delivery capabilityPrepares for customer reviews, and lead discussions related to day-to-day project operationsEnsures delivery of services within the scope of the contract, including reporting of service level metrics and performance standardsManages service demand and proposes service improvementsEnsures customer acceptance criteria are achieved and processes are in place for new services and systemsManage and monitor service requests ensuring they are addressed promptly
