Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Attention to detail in preparing and organizing project documents and reports.
- Project Coordination: Basic knowledge of project management tools and ability to assist with scheduling and tracking tasks.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT processes and project documentation like business cases, risk assessments, and specifications.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Teamwork: Collaborative and proactive approach in supporting project teams and stakeholders.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic project management tools is a plus.
