It Process Analyst

**Job Qualifications**:
1.
Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, accounting, or similar.
2.
3 years' experience as a process analyst.
3.
Proven portfolio of completed projects.
4.
Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
5.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6.
Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software.
7.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
8.
Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
9.
Experience with team management

**Role Requirements/Responsibilities**:
1.
Meet with key stakeholders to perform process mapping, and create reports based on recommendations

2.
Gather information through process mapping, flow-charting, and workshops

3.
Create process documentation/ workflows

4.
Collect and document process improvement/automation efforts

5.
Facilitate process workflow modeling for process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malate, Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Process Analyst: 3 years (required)
