This role will maintain existing processes as well as take the initiative to bring out improvements on all aspects of IT (hardware, software, webpage, app development, asset management, etc.)
Job Responsibilities: Ensure the company's network infrastructure is secure, scalable and well-designed to meet the high demand of the whole organization
Design, maintain, and improve the company website and support the Marketing team in all the social media platforms
Enable to implement security protocols to protect company assets and data
Main proponent of integration and implementation of tools across all department
Asset and information management including maintenance of all knowledge-based platforms of the company
Oversee the procurement, installation and after sales for all IT related purchases
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, contractors, service providers and other external parties in relation to security, internet, assets and after-sales
Installation of hardware and software as required along with regular updates and required configurations from time to time
Requirements At least 5 years experience in IT Operations and Support with 3 years in a supervisory or lead role Experience with modern technologies and approaches to managing a cloud based corporate environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and is highly independent with strong sense of root cause analysis Bachelor's Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Engineering and any other IT related courses Effectively works under the pressure and to agreed deadlines and targets Adept with the installation of systems and able to analyze configuration and upgrades #J-18808-Ljbffr
