It Operations Lead

Required qualification: Qualifications:
• Bachelor or master's degree in Information Technology, Business or related field; or relevant industry experience.
Professional Experience: At least 5 years' experience in Information Technology covering business requirements, project management or consultancy.Ability to work effectively in a team environment across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important.Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment where key Team members and partners are in different locations.Experienced in communicating and presenting moderate to complex information to multiple levels of the organization.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Leadership experience which includes; coaching, training, mentoring, relationship building, taking initiative, problem solving and adaptability.Solid understanding of technology services (including ITSM, IT Infrastructure Operations, ITIL).Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and drive stakeholders to deliver on committed outcomes.Experienced with report analysis and data interpretation skills.Proven experience in speaking/presenting to large groups and all levels of management.Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing skills.Proven ability to consult and facilitate discussions regarding alternative approaches.In depth understanding of ITIL process flow.ITIL certified is a plus.
