It Operations Lead

Required qualification:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or master's degree in Information Technology, Business or related field; or relevant industry experience.
Professional Experience:
• At least 5 years' experience in Information Technology covering business requirements, project management or consultancy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment where key Team members and partners are in different locations.
• Experienced in communicating and presenting moderate to complex information to multiple levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Leadership experience which includes; coaching, training, mentoring, relationship building, taking initiative, problem solving and adaptability.
• Solid understanding of technology services (including ITSM, IT Infrastructure Operations, ITIL).
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and drive stakeholders to deliver on committed outcomes.
• Experienced with report analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Proven experience in speaking/presenting to large groups and all levels of management.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to consult and facilitate discussions regarding alternative approaches.
• In depth understanding of ITIL process flow.
• ITIL certified is a plus.
