It Officer (Boracay)

Qualifications:

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
- Knowledgeable in Computer System (Software & Hardware) & Network installation,
programming, operation, analysis, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Knowledgeable in Micros Opera, POS, Room Key System, CCTV, WIFI installation, configuration
troubleshooting and maintenance
- Possess good command in both oral and written English
- With at least 1 year work experience in a similar role
- Familiar with inventory system and reports

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
main server
- Organizes, configures, establishes and maintains network resources
- Provides users access system
- Troubleshoots and configures hardware problems in all workstations including servers
- Installs and configures Windows operating system
- Troubleshoots and configures utility software errors used in networking
- Installs and maintains Software system such as Opera Micros, POS, CCTV, Room Keys
- Provides Network access, internet and internal mail to end users
- Installs cables, switches and hubs
- Monitors WIFI accessibility of the property
- Provides technical assistance to both c0-worker and guests
- Liaise with all system and program providers for any concerns raised by end users
- Provides cost estimates and sourcing of IT related equipment and gadgets
- Monitors inventory of any computer related peripherals and accessories

**Salary**: Php10,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- IT Officer: 1 year (preferred)
