Connect Genesys Cloud CX to our telephony carriers via SIP, SBC, etc? Develop, maintain and improve our existing toolchain (e.g: Genesys Cloud, Git,Terraform, Vault)? Support and advise customer care units to improve business efficiency? Take part in on-call duty to maintain 24/7 availability? Continually learn new technologies? Be part of a team that shapes how customer care is handled on a worldwide scale.? Have the opportunity for remote work.What we're looking for:? A team player who can easily work with multinational teams? You have experience in at least one scripting language (e.g: Javascript, Python, ...),including testing and debugging your code after deployment? Familiarity with contact center / call center operations? Your communication skills allow you to communicate technical details to a laymanaudience? Understanding of different operating systems? Ideally you already have experience in telephony systems and SIP? Ideally basic knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL? Knowledge about data compliance (GDPR) is a plus? Your experience comes from either formal education or practical knowledge? Of course you are fluent in english
