It Manager

Develops and implement IT Policy and best practice guides ( internal wiki for technical) for the organization
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including systems updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
- Supervise and provide direction on IT team members
- Ensure security of data, network access, firewall and backup systems
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Propose or plan network set-up configuration to compliment the requirements for the system implementation
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Set-up and manage network servers and workstations
- coordinate with the project manager for the system development

Qualifications:

- Proven working experience as an IT Manager with solid knowledge in network admin
- BSC / BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- with experience / training in databases, networks (LAN / WAN) and patch management
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware and software systems
- systems security and data back up / recovery
- with at least with 2 years experience if the position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
