We are excited to find a great IT Manager to head our IT Operations. The IT Manager will re-create our IT processes to make room for the company's growth.
Responsibilities Manage end to end IT programs in hardware and software which includes but not limited to:
IT Operations Owns the full cycle of IT operational functions such as new hire access, sustaining IT helpdesk operations and offboarding of employees in the system Can create, implement and execute IT policy Create metrics and dashboard on IT tickets, SLAs, etc. Keep up to date to IT trends for businesses growth and continuity Work Equipment Deployment and Process
Owns the deployment and consolidation of all laptops and peripherals, including the assessment and safekeeping of these assets Identify standard requirements for the work equipment Owns inventory and record keeping IT Systems
Recommend, propose IT platform and systems to meet business and operational needs of GR8 Global and its clients Audit and ensure system restrictions are in place for all network and access, including mobile apps and software as authorized by the Company IT Training and Compliance
Recommend and roll-out IT and security programs and training modules such as cybersecurity, social engineering, Execute and track phishing tests Implement security measures to all employee's network and access, including data privacy and data masking People Management
Handles direct report/s including coaching, performance management, training, learning plans and career mapping Stakeholder relationship with other IT teams in different locations, particularly in GR8 India Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness Qualifications Proven work experience as an IT Manager 10+ years experience in IT Operations preferably from companies with over 300 employees Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems Expertise in data center management and data governance Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation Ability to manage personnel BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or similar field WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps
