Key Responsibilities: Oversee Site Operations: Manage 24x7 shift operations and supervise staff.Task Allocation: Distribute workloads and manage resource constraints.Manage IT Operations: Handle day-to-day IT functions, including escalations and ticket management.Generate Reports: Produce reports on system uptime, service level agreements (SLAs), ticket resolution, and customer issues.On-Call Support: Provide 24x7 on-call support as needed.Incident and Process Management: Handle system outages, ensure SLA compliance, conduct root cause analysis, and manage incident, request, change, and escalation processes. Requirements: Experience: 8-12 years in BPO/IT/ITES management roles.Skills: Proven leadership, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.Flexibility: Availability for on-call duties around the clock.
