The IT Junior Technical Coordinator will work closely with the field technicians and customers to provide technical support and coordination for our U.S. client's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of network technologies and be able to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure the effective delivery of network & technical services.
Technical Capability - Requires a strong set of technical skills across networking technologies,
LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and cabling amongst others, and you will ideally be Cisco certified.
Process - Creating and documenting technical processes, ensuring that processes are followed, and
identifying areas for process improvement.
Service Levels - Ensuring that technical systems are functioning correctly and resolving technical.

Responsibilities: Proven experience in 1st/2nd line support roles with user and system support experience and the ability to effectively self-manage time and prioritize support tickets based on the type and severity of the reported incident. Hands-on experience in supporting routers, and Cisco switches with knowledge and understanding of network best practices. Cisco CCNA certification is desirable. Provide technical assistance to end-users and other stakeholders as needed. Maintain up-to-date documentation of the network infrastructure and ensure that all stakeholders have access to it. Have a successful track record of participating in small projects and working with third parties to deliver technical services. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Required Skills & Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 1-2 years of experience in network support or technical coordination. Solid understanding of network technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Cisco Switches, Routers, and network cabling. Must be willing and flexible with shifting work schedules and rest days as well as working overtime as required. Extensive knowledge of the Office 365 Suite including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word & Excel. Cisco CCNA certification would be an added advantage to performing this role.
