It Junior Business Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising across the sales team, account management teams, senior management and external clients to ensure the products' requirements are achievable and fit for purpose
- Produce Business Requirements documents and assist the product managers in creating, and grooming the backlogs
- Creating use cases and ensuring that there are no gaps in the requirements and/or user experience
- Reviewing the test cases and ensuring all requirements and scenarios have been catered for, from a testing perspective
- Where required, develop product training material and engage with stakeholders to explain and deliver training on new functions
- Contribute to BCI Media Group workplace culture through the promotion and upholding of core values and corporate mission

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, understand and communicate requirements and technical documentation
- Working Knowledge of Product Development Tools (Atlassian Suite or similar)
- Understand of IT processes and software, as well as business processes

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
