Job Responsibilities:Running regular checks on network and data security.Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.Designing training programs and workshops as required.Conducting regular system audits.Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget.Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs.Creating rational strategies for upgrading the company's network software whenever a new update is available.Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company's network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem.Staying up to date with new network technology and reporting this information to the Top Management.Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company's network.Managing Domain Controller and Implementing Server/Domain access control policies and permissions management for file shares, ensuring appropriate user access levels, group memberships, and file permissions to maintain data security and confidentiality.Managing WiFi network architectures, including coverage, capacity, and quality of service (QoS) considerations. AP configuration and Wireless Controller configuration. Wifi Network Planning for scalability and future growth.Firewall Policy Configuration and Finetuning, File Sharing and security management, Server Access Policy, RBAC of the Server and Network component WAN link Failover, ISP Optimization, Routing.Managing the day-to-day operation of users related issue like Printer IOT etc.Troubleshooting assistance for WiFi and wired related issues for the end user, diagnosing connectivity problems, and resolving performance issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted network.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
