Job Description ? Install, configures, administer, enterprise production servers, file servers, email
system and application servers
? Ensures that computer operations are performing properly for the use by
employees, either directly or through subordinates
? Troubleshoots hardware and software applications; monitors performance and
resolving any problems with computers; recommends improvement and
program changes which need to be made; install new versions/releases of the
operating systems; assists in installing new hardware upgrades/products;
keeps management appraised of system; and contacts appropriate vendors for
software/hardware problem resolution
? Updates hardware and software as needed
? Coordinates integration of new systems and applications into existing systems
and network
? Provides direct support and training user
? Develops maintenance schedules and records for computer equipment and
applications
? Manages backup and restoration of information of information of systems critical
data
? Authorizes system access to users and maintain necessary documentation of
authorities assigned
? Provides infrastructures services in all areas needed; storage networking, load
balancing, operating system, network security, directory services, server
virtualization using system backup and restore, system and network monitoring
via SNMP
Qualifications Requirement ? Graduate of BS in Computer Engineering or any related courses
? At least 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
? Relevant experience in Fortinet, Sophos
? Relevant certifications such as CompTIA network/security, CCNA is an
advantage
? Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and
software components
? Experience in network configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and
optimization
? Experience in deployment, configuration and managing of virtual machines
and virtualized infrastructure
? Experience with storage provisioning, raid configuration, data backup and
disaster recovery
? Understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices and compliance
standards
? Ability to identify performance bottlenecks, analyze system metrics and optimize
system performance
? Knowledge of scripting languages and strong documentation skills
? Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan,
Binan, Laguna
Has knowledge and exposure on the following:
Server Administration (VMWare, Windows Server Administration (Windows Server,
DHC, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy), Windows, Linux)
Backup and Recovery (Veeam, Native backup(MS SQL) )
Network (Cisco, HP, SAN Switch)

Job Description Act as a main person for a cybersecurity. Responsible for installing, administering and troubleshooting and organization's security solutions. Write up security policies and training documents about security procedures for users. ? Installs, administers, and troubleshoot customers security solutions ? Troubleshoot any access problems and implement network security policies and application security, access control and corporate data safeguards and monitor patch management to ensure network equipment and operating systems are protected against vulnerabilities ? Ensure the network's security, protection against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction ? Configuring and supporting security tools such as anti-virus software and patch management systems ? Scanning and assessing network for vulnerabilities ? Monitoring network traffic for unusual activity ? Implementation of email security standards ? Maintain email security infrastructure, providing stability by developing tools, policies, processes, and procedures for the operations teams ? Provide a secure environment, by implementing controls to manage and mitigate risks ? Develop automated metrics reporting capabilities ? Work with colleagues to provide consistent processes and solutions and Implement network security policies, application security, access control and corporate data safeguards ? Investigate & Troubleshoot root causes when escalated from operations ? Performs other tasks as instructed by immediate superior and/or Senior IT
