QUALIFICATIONS:
? Graduate of BS in Computer Engineering or any related courses
? At least 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
? Relevant experience in Fortinet, Sophos, Bitdefender, and VPAT
? Relevant certifications such as CompTIA network/security, CCNA is an advantage
? Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software components
? Experience in network configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization
? Experience in deployment, configuration and managing of virtual machines and virtualized infrastructure
? Experience with storage provisioning, raid configuration, data backup and disaster recovery
? Understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices and compliance standards
? Ability to identify performance bottlenecks, analyze system metrics and optimize system performance
? Knowledge of scripting languages and strong documentation skills
? Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Install, configures, administer, enterprise production servers, file servers, email system and application servers
? Ensures that computer operations are performing properly for the use by employees, either directly or through subordinates
? Troubleshoots hardware and software applications; monitors performance and resolving any problems with computers; recommends improvement and program changes which need to be made; install new versions/releases of the operating systems; assists in installing new hardware upgrades/products; keeps management appraised of system; and contacts appropriate vendors for software/hardware problem resolution
? Updates hardware and software as needed
? Coordinates integration of new systems and applications into existing systems and network
? Provides direct support and training user
? Develops maintenance schedules and records for computer equipment and applications
? Manages backup and restoration of information of information of systems critical data
? Authorizes system access to users and maintain necessary documentation of authorities assigned
? Provides infrastructures services in all areas needed; storage networking, load balancing, operating system, network security, directory services, server virtualization using system backup and restore, system and network monitoring via SNMP
