MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an **IT Helpdesk**!
**General Description**: The IT Helpdesk is responsible for technical service support to internal and external clients including: fielding and resolving technical service issues with end customers, providing troubleshooting support and identifying solutions.
**Work Schedule and Arrangement**: Shifting schedule, Office-based Setup
**Office Location**:8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
**Responsibilities**:
- Take care client calls and transfer to designated department if necessary
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the clients
- Escalate issues encountered if further troubleshooting is needed
- Coordinate with internal teams depending on clients' requests
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years work experience in IT and customer support role
- Preferably a graduate of IT related courses: IT, CompSci, Computer Eng'g graduates, ECE, IE
- Undergrads also accepted but must have extensive IT/Technical background and experience
- Knows basic hardware and software troubleshooting
- Must be knowledgeable to Windows OS and Servers
- Have idea on server remote environment and set ups
- Flexible on switching working hours
- Easy going and independent
- Can work with lesser lesser supervision
- Experience is BPO industry is a great advantage especially if having experience working in technical support field
- Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
- Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office
- Willing to work during holidays and weekends
**Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP)**:
- Monthly salary of 20,000 - 25,000
- New hire bonus of 5,000
