IT HELPDESK SUPPORT - ASAP

(Cebu I.T Park Branch)

Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, system architecture, and environments.

Manipulate systems to resolve accordingly.

Ability to comprehend, capture and interpret basic information

Proficient with PC hardware and software knowledge

Strong technical aptitude

Genuine interest and appreciation of the computer hardware industry

Adheres to company policies and procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong detailed attention.

Interpret

and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow up and escalate when necessary.Requirements:
College Graduate (2 or 4 yrs. I.T Course) or at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.

New graduates, Male/Female are preferably welcome.

Flexible, Fast learner, Self-motivated and a team player

Windows Environment knowledgeable

Excellent English Communication Skills

Basic Server knowledgeable (LAN & WAN)

Willing to work shift

Willing to undergo training, and work on a shifting schedule.

Salary rate:
