**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ticket management and triage (allocating tickets to support team members depending on relevance or problem and classification of priority)
- Level 1-2 support services for Windows OS/desktop/laptop/IOS clients and other IT systems.
- User onboarding, change requests and offboarding support
- Manage system access including logins and passwords for users

**Required Experience**
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of provisioning users in Microsoft's Active Directory/Exchange/Office 365
- Experience with ticketing systems

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Willing to work in Pampanga
- Can speak both English and Tagalog
- English must be of a high standard as this role will be taking phone calls from Australia
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong service ethic
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
