Job Summary: Join our team at Staff4Me as a Managed Service Provider (MSP). As an MSP, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IT infrastructure and services for our clients. You will ensure the smooth operations of their systems, provide technical support, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the IT infrastructure for multiple clients. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients. Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure effective service delivery. Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect client systems and data. Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity. Document and maintain accurate records of systems, configurations, and incidents. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance client systems. Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects for clients. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Requirements: Previous experience working in an MSP or similar role. Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure. Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection. Experience with cloud services, networking, and virtualization technologies. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or ITIL are preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Previous experience in an MSP or similar role. Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure. Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP, or ITIL are preferred.
