It Help Desk

General Function: IT Helpdesk will play a primary role by liaising with  Global employees known as internal customers. Responsibilities includes ticket creation, answering IT related customer enquiries and fault/service issues; incident case documentation including the progress updates, track and route towards fault resolution; planned event management for internal/external services.The successful candidate must have/be: Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products Basic understanding of IP network is preferable Basic security concept and knowledge is preferable. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Graduate of BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field Familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software Effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
