It Governance Specialist

Job Description: The IT Governance Specialist will assist in the implementation of an IT governance framework that promotes IT best practices by establishing structure, policies, and processes that will enable the Group to manage IT and information risks and controls and ensure benefits are realized from the Group's IT investments through the management of projects, third parties, and procurement activities related to technology. Qualifications: Degree in business, information management, computer systems, or similar Experience in any of the following areas - IT governance/ risk management/ internal controls/ audit/ data governance/ data privacy compliance Experience in project planning and execution, including financial aspect of system management and life cycle Knowledge of IT Governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT), ITIL processes, CMMI Understanding of the overall context of business processes covering various functional areas, including Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and Risk Management
