The IT Department involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's technology infrastructure.The IT Manager is critical in ensuring that an organization's IT systems and processes align with business objectives, manage risks, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.The IT Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the IT Department aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.The IT Manager is expected to work closely with the General Manager in providing IT support to the company QUALIFICATIONS: Completed Bachelor's Degree in any IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related course.At least 8 years of experience in IT Risk and Compliance or IT Governance, IT Audit, or other related fieldsPrevious supervisory experience in managing a teamStrong understanding of IT Governance frameworks and knowledge of risk management methodologiesFamiliarity with information security best practicesRelevant certifications in information systems and information security are a plusKnowledge and skills related to Microsoft products (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
