Job responsibilities:Establish a sound equipment management system and organize its implementation;Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) documents for various equipment;Based on production development or project needs, collaborate with superior managers to develop new equipment procurement and investment plans, organize equipment selection and purchase applications;Responsible for the inspection, recording, assessment, and daily management of the operation of various equipment in the company;Responsible for arranging personnel to inspect and supervise the inspection equipment;Responsible for drafting annual/monthly repair plans for the company;Responsible for the maintenance and management of various types of equipment such as factory machinery and electrical equipment;Responsible for equipment failure handling, accident safety handling, etc;Work experience in the diaphragm industry, design and processing of non-standard equipment in the film pulling industry, or maintenance of ceramic coating equipment;Installation, debugging, and improvement of equipment;Responsible for the normal use of all production equipment and auxiliary equipment, including daily and emergency equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance;Responsible for the comprehensive development of maintenance plans, maintenance plans, and maintenance execution at all levels;Timely update preventive maintenance work plans;Responsible for budgeting maintenance costs and inventory of parts;Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the leader.Job Requirements:More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance and management;Solid professional knowledge in mechanical, electrical, automotive, gas, hydraulic, and other fieldsProficient in computer application and proficient in using office automation softwareHas communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, professional design document review ability, and negotiation skills.Registered public equipment engineer (power, electricity, water supply and drainage, HVAC) is preferredWith a driver's license, you can travel to and from the warehouse by yourselfMechanical or electromechanical integration or professional, familiar with CAD and other related drawing software, familiar with mechanical transmission, with experience in heat treatment equipment or equipment debugging, or experience in large-scale mechanical equipment maintenance and upkeep is preferred;Capable of independently managing equipment maintenance;Strong accident judgment and handling ability, strong hands-on ability; Strong sense of responsibility, easy to communicate, and team spirit.
