Your RoleThe purpose of this role is to head the IT department in KN Ceb Global Services Organizations, in line with the Global/Regional and Local site level objectives. The IT manager is accountable for the well-functioning IT system and network operation, within the required specifications, costs, and timelines, including the implementation and the maintenance of future IT needs. The ideal candidate requires the ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches and the ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
Your ResponsibilitiesManage the site IT operation. Plan & organize, control & evaluate site IT and data needs.Manage direct report IT staff by recruiting, training, coaching, communicating job expectations, and appraising performance.Design, develop, implement and coordinate system policies and procedures and ensure those are part of the site overall policies.Ensure security of data network access and backup system.Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational success.Identify problem areas and implement strategic solutions in time.Audit systems and assess audit outcomes. Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.Conduct cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects as input to the organization's IT roadmap.Oversee all IT operations including staff and infrastructure.Develop, implement, and evaluate IT projects in line with organizational objectives. Be responsible for all local IT activities within your country.Take charge as the primary IT contact within the area of responsibility supporting all IT demands and engaging with the appropriate supply teams.Ensure that all IT infrastructure is supported and managed appropriately to deliver a highly resilient working platform.Manage and review all local supplier contracts and negotiations.Take responsibility for all IT security, data protection, and ensure compliance with global standards.Your Skills and ExperiencesBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.IT Operations in BPO/Shared Service Industry is required.Must have at least 5 years of leadership experience and 2-5 years of project management experience.Solid experience in server and network infrastructure.Knowledgeable in programming and software architecture.AGILE, KANBAN, SCRUM, SCRUMBAN project management in practice.Very strong communication and management skills.Good Reasons to JoinWe offer opportunities where you can grow your expertise, shape processes and deliver innovative solutions.
