It Digital Lead

We are seeking an IT Digital Lead experienced in digitalization and process improvements using technologies such as automation, chatbots, generative AI, and Power Apps. The role involves converting manual business processes into digital formats, driving operational efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives and oversee a team to implement these technologies.

Work Location and Setup: Makati/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects to digitize manual forms and processes.
• Implement automation, chatbots, and AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
• Develop and deploy custom solutions using Power Apps.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and business operations.
• Supervise and mentor the digital team to meet project goals.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation or process improvement projects.
• Supervisory experience in IT roles is required.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power Apps and experience with automation, AI, and chatbot technologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
