It Department Manager (Financial Company)

**Duties and responsibilities**:- Running regular checks on network and data security- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems- Meet with vendors to monitor system development (VMS) and installation- Improve internal data security and protect data by developing and implementing policies- Responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading IT-related activities**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience- Proven working experience as an IT Manager, preferably from banking.financial industry- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize**Benefits**:- Flexible scheduleSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Bonus pay**Experience**:- IT Management: 10 years (preferred)- Data Security: 10 years (preferred)- System Development: 10 years (preferred)- Banking/Leasing Industry: 10 years (preferred)
