We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented IT Delivery Director to join our team. This role is critical in executing our technology vision and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.Ability to align project delivery with the overall goals of the organization.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to adapt to changing priorities using best practices of change management.Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.Fluent in English.Relevant certifications (PfMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM II, ICP-APM, DASSM) are a plus. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple IT projects and initiatives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of IT projects with business objectives.Establish and enforce IT delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent project delivery.Oversee the allocation of resources to ensure projects are adequately staffed and resourced.Monitor project performance, identify and manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective communication with stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement in IT delivery processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
