Position**:Department Coordinator**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- College Degree in Information Technology or any IT-related course
- At least 6 months of related working experience as a coordinator but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good in Technical Communication Skills, written and oral
- Good interpersonal skills of information
- Customer relationship skills and people management skills will represent a big plus but are not required
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Manual dexterity and strong resource and time management aptitude
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate confidence and has strong analytical skills
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong
- Can start immediately

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Prepare service quotations and maintenance proposals
- Responsible for a daily schedule of Service IT
- Handle customer queries
- Coordinate the activities and operations of the technical department
- Process necessary documentation and technical reports as needed

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
