IT Administrator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Answer the helpdesk incoming phone calls and assign the tickets

Manage the helpdesk system (open, monitor and close tickets)

Inspect daily reports and open tickets for issues

Manage and renew hardware warranty and software subscriptions

Track/manage the licence usage for multiple services

Helpdesk Administration:
Answering client support calls (helpdesk)

Opening new tickets

Monitoring the tickets

Closing tickets (after learning the business)

Adding new clients/assets/locations/hardware

Managing the helpdesk system to ensure it is up to date at all times

Ordering new hardware (after learning the business)

Reporting:
Complete the daily security reports

Complete the monthly security reports

Complete the daily backup reports and open tickets for failed backups

Create monthly reports for billing

Create daily and monthly ticketing reports

License reconciliations:
Extract reports from Trend Micro and verify all computers are active

Extract Labtech reports as required

Licenses:
Ordering new Trend Micro anti-virus licenses

Renew Trend Micro subscriptions

Renew hardware warranty and software licenses

**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bacolod City, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
