Job Description Develop and implement the data strategy and analytics roadmap for the company, aligning with the business goals and priorities Responsible to designing and delivering data visualizations and dashboards, using various tools and platforms, to allow all SEE company functions to communicate complex data findings and stories to different audiences, perform advanced data analysis and modeling, using statistical and machine learning techniques, and generate actionable insights and recommendations Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, data platform experts, and data visualization experts Establish and enforce data quality and governance policies and protocols Foster a data-driven culture and mindset within the organization, promoting data literacy and best practices Design and oversee the data architecture, data pipelines, data warehouses, and data platforms of the company Identify and evaluate new data sources, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the data capabilities and value of the company Develop and implement data-driven solutions, such as dashboards, reports, models, and algorithms, to address business challenges and improve performance.
