It Business Analysts (Taguig / Onsite)

Job Requirements:

? Minimum 3 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and functional specification, and UAT / Implementation support.
? Must have excellent communication and business writing skills

? Must have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbal and written

? Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops Adept in analytical thinking, solving problems, and managing deliverables

? Proficient in the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

? Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience


Job Description:

He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:

? Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria

? Business Requirements Document (when applicable)

? UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials

? Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog

? Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog

? Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog

? Define requirements and functional specifications from the client's stakeholders.
? Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time

? Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support
