It Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and process owners.
- Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications and design.
- Manage the change process.
- Coordinate with the project team during the software development process.
- Review or create documents related to testing when needed.
- Perform ad hoc testing when needed
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-implementation review and support.

Must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in the banking industry is an advantage
