IT Business Analyst
Salary: up to 100,000
Location: BGC Taguig City
Set up: Onsite reporting
Schedule: Morning Shift, M-F
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 2 years of experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis, release management, project management, or service transition
Experience with problem solving, workflow systems analysis, process redesign, user training, and documentation
Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional work teams toward task completion
General PC knowledge including MS Office
ITIL certification is a nice to have skill
Nice to have experience with deploying packaged applications
