Job DescriptionGather business requirements for a software project, prepare business requirements documentation, prepare functional specifications to support the business requirements, provide clarifications to software developers for the functional specifications, prepare test cases for the system integration test, execute test cases and report defects, train users on how to use the software, and recommend changes to the operating procedure.
RequirementsEducational Qualifications: At least a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.Experience Level: Candidates must have 1 - 3 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst.Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Business Requirement analysis, Data Gathering, Project Design, Technical Documentation, QA Activities, writing User Stories, and effective Client Management.Working Conditions: This role may demand working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, sometimes requiring extra hours to meet project deadlines.Qualities and Traits: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a team player mindset are essential.
