You'll get extra points for: Being familiarized with any ALM software (i.e., QRM, Fusion Risk, OneSumX, Moody's Analytics), Experience within ALM and/or Interest Rate Risk Management, IRRBB, Knowledge on approaches to model the banking book products (mortgages, savings, current accounts). Experience with SQL and VBA, IT affinity, Degree in econometrics, mathematics, economics, or similar quantitative study. Additional skills: Experience in Agile (Scrum) way of working is preferred. Your responsibilities: First line support for risk managers from various ING entities around the globe, Life cycle management of the monthly processes, Safety guardian of the IRRBB metrics, Foster automation of existing processes Information about the squad: International Project team of around 90 ALM specialists operating from both Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Manila. We work Agile in ALM Project teams consisting of Market Risk Management, TECH Developers, ALM Data Experts, ALM Business Analysts, QRM Experts. The ALM project team is divided into smaller squads. You will be working as Business Analyst in the ALM Services team. This team is responsible for providing a support to local risk managers. The team works with QRM (Quantitative Risk Management – ALM tool) to deliver the set of analyses with focus on IRRBB. It mostly covers balance sheet forecasting and financial valuation calculated based on various behavioral assumptions and interest rate scenarios. We support the replication and hedging process as well.
