It Business Analyst

? Assist requirement activities to perform requirement analysis, prepare functional
specification and support business testing for transformation projects which involve
Finance;
? Key contact person in Finance to collaborate with IT team, especially in communicating
the Finance requirements and to ensure that the requirements are understood by IT.
This means having the necessary knowledge of the IT environment to be able to explain
in the language that IT understands.
? Involve in project life cycle including organizing meetings, writing requirement
documents, providing status reports, getting feedbacks from stakeholders, etc.;
? Execute/manage testing including creating test plans for Finance department, conduct
testing and communicate with Finance business users during UAT.
? Co-ordinate, provide roll-out and post-implementation support

Qualifications:

? At least 3 years of work experience as a Finance business analyst in the Insurance
industry is required.
? Good knowledge on and experience with business requirements analysis; system
operation workflow
? Good knowledge of IT environment (architect design, insurance core system, GL
system)
Knowledge of Agile ways of working and agile tooling such as JIRA is preferred.Highly organized with attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize and deliver results on time under pressureGood written and verbal communication skills
