**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Abide by the firm's corporate policies and procedures.- Installs, configures, and maintains hardware, software, systems & network in accordance to company policies.- Troubleshoots, repairs, and resolves hardware, software, systems & network issues.- Maintains IT infrastructure on-premise & cloud and attend to technical issues.- Acts as an administrator of client portals.- Escalates complex network/server issues to managed service provider.- Document any technical activity, incident, changes and escalate critical issues to immediate superior.- Assists in keeping track of IT assets and updating the inventory.- Purchases IT equipment and supplies when necessary.- Gain and maintain technical capabilities to ensure effective support to end users.**Job Specifications**:- Graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.- A team player; must be able to work individually and as part of a team.- Has a good sense of urgency and organization skills.- Demonstrates good work ethics and positive attitude in dealing with customers, colleagues and management.- Flexibility to expand work hours as necessary and support business needs.- Occasional travel to HC Global sites as directed by the Manager or Director.**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company events- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
