It Assistant

Job Description:

Technical Support
Troubleshoot computer/hardware & software
Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration
Maintain local area networks, tracks significant problems, monitors performance, and performs upgrades to hardware and software as required.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of the organization
Ensure the safety of data in the company
Manage credentials, Access and Restrictions in Data storage of the company (NAS)


Job Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
Knowledge in Active Directory Setup & Troubleshooting
Knowledge in Network Setup & Troubleshooting
Knowledge in Windows OS
