IT ASSISTANT

 

Job Requirements

Must be a graduate of any 4-year IT-related course.

Must have at least 1-year experience as an IT Technician.

Proficient in troubleshooting IT-related equipment and basic hardware checks and repairs.

Knowledge of software and network management is considered a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform basic

troubleshooting, and if needed repairs, all office computers and desktops, and other IT-related equipment.Perform routine checks of IT-related equipment.

Prepares IT-related reports as requested by the IT Technician

Manages and checks the internet connectivity and takes action if there are problems.

Other scopes and responsibilities to be discussed during the interviews.
