It Asset Associate

Location: Gil Puyat, Makati City (Hybrid, 2 - 3 days onsite per week)
Schedule: Dayshift

Job Summary:
Plans and prepares inventory accumulation to support site and business. Estimates and establishes ordering schedules and lead times according to forecast of onboarding user, capacity, and customer needs. Coordinates and implements a fixed asset accountability program of locating, identifying each device.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Management or any related courses.
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in Device Asset Management
- Experience in any ticketing tool.
- Experience in MS Excel, Word.
- Excellent communication skills and highly analytical and keen on details.
