It Asset Analyst

· Manage all IT hardware asset request and incident tickets received, including ticket closure once requests are fulfilled
· Manage IT hardware and software asset related chat and email queries from users
· Perform daily tasks of preparing hardware asset for deployment to users
· Communicate with users for hardware asset delivery confirmation
· Gatepass request and approval coordination for hardware asset movement
· Processing of IT asset acknowledgement form; creation, send to user, and monitor return of signed form (new and backlog completion)
· Process retrieved/ returned hardware asset from users
· Coordinate with vendor technician for hardware asset repairs, warranty claim and request for parts replacement
· Receive and process purchased hardware assets, including physical asset tagging prior to deployment
· Updating of IT hardware and software asset inventory
· Updating of Daily Endorsement Trackers
· Assist in physical asset inventory
· Updating of open and pending request and incident tickets (backlog completion)
· Creation of centralized software asset inventory – coordinate with stakeholders to complete all required information per software asset
· Creating and updating IT asset management process work instructions
· Other related functions and special projects that may be assigned as needed
