The IT Architecture Senior Manager is responsible for designing and implementing the overall IT architecture of the organization. This role involves aligning IT strategy with business goals, ensuring the efficiency, security, and scalability of IT systems, specifically within the finance industry.

Develop and Implement IT Strategy: Create a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with the organization's business objectives and regulatory requirements specific to the finance industry. Design Enterprise Architecture: Analyze and design the enterprise architecture, including business, information, data, application, and technology architecture. Data Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture, including data warehouse and big data platform. Azure Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cost-effective cloud solutions using Azure services, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to ensure the architecture meets business needs and IT requirements. Identify Improvements: Identify potential areas of improvement in the current IT environment and propose solutions. Technology Assessment: Maintain an understanding of emerging technologies, trends, and techniques, and assess their relevance to the organization. Governance of Architecture Standards: Establish and enforce IT architecture standards and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. Approval of New Technologies, Tools, and Applications: Evaluate and approve new technologies, tools, and applications to ensure they align with the organization's architecture and strategic goals. Documentation: Lead and facilitate the creation and review of architecture documents and artifacts. Risk Management: Support the risk management process by identifying and assessing potential risks associated with IT investments and recommending mitigation strategies. Leadership: Lead a team of Infrastructure, Data, Cloud, and Solution Architects. What you should have:
Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT architecture, including experience with enterprise architecture frameworks. System Development: Advanced knowledge of solution design and architecture of complex solutions including mobile applications, web applications, integration platforms, and infrastructure. Data Architecture: Knowledge of data warehouse and big data platform. Azure Expertise: Proven experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Architecture, Azure DevOps, and Azure Security. Finance Industry Experience: Experience in the finance industry, understanding of financial regulations, and compliance requirements. Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in architecture modeling tools.
